How to Use Sublimation Shrink Film

Our sublimation shrink wrap sleeves make tumbler sublimation a breeze, delivering vibrant, seamless coverage. Simply wrap, heat, and reveal your desired design —perfect for bottle/tumbler blanks and more.

①Print and Pack

Print your design onto the sublimation paper and wrap it tightly around the sublimation blank.

②Apply the shrink wrap sleeves

Apply the sublimation shrink wrap sleeves over the wrapped blank and secure with heat-resistant tape.

③Heat and Shrink

Place the blank in a sublimation oven (105°C / 302°F) until the shrink wrap shrinks evenly and the paper adheres firmly to the surface.

④Cool and Reveal

Remove the shrink wrap and remove the sublimation paper to reveal a clear, complete, gap-free, and fade-free transfer.
