DTF Powder

When we are doing DTF Printing, we need to perfectly restore the pattern itself. If we want to successfully transfer the design to the substrate, we must use DTF Transfer Powder. We need to use DTF hot melt powder to solidify the pattern. DTF Printing is different from the traditional thermal transfer process. DTF Printer will print a layer of white base at the bottom of the pattern. After shaking the powder, the hot melt adhesive powder will stick to the white base. After heating, the pattern will be solidified and the elasticity of the pattern will be increased, so on get high-quality, bright and vivid color printing effects.

TPU Hot Melt Powder

TPU powder is a kind of DTF transfer powder, also known as thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt powder, usually black dtf powder or white dtf powder. Compared with ordinary dtf powder, it has stronger high temperature resistance and is easy to clean. The DTF powder of our dtf factory dries slowly, is easy to peel off, and supports cold peeling. It is generally used for the powder coating process on the back of water-based pigment dtf ink, and the powder coating operation is completed with a dtf powder shaking machine.
